Comfortable Rooms with all the Amenities
All of the 68 rooms are unique - some with views of Beacon Hill or Thunderbird Park. Size and location determine the monthly rate. The Glenshiel Housing Society ensures that rates are very affordable and rooms are well maintained, cozy and comfortable for residents 55+.

There is an additional fee for the second person of $500.00 per month.
Monthly rental fees include cablevision, electricity, heat, telephone, daily housekeeping, three meals per day plus three snacks, laundry facilities, entertainment and activities. Each room has smoke and heat detectors and an emergency response system.
Residents pay for their own long distance telephone charges.
